Attune IAQ Monitor Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Attune, 8605 Westwood Drive, Suite 207, Vienna, VA 22182 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Entrants are responsible for making sure they are allowed to accept the prize under their employer's policies, including any gift rules that apply to public employees. If a selected winner cannot accept the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins November 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends November 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock.

4. How to Enter

Complete and submit the entry form on this page with your first name, last name, work email, company, and job title. Limit one entry per person. Additional entries, and entries made by automated means, will be disqualified. Signing up for marketing emails is optional and does not affect your chances of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) prize: one Attune indoor air quality (IAQ) monitor. Approximate retail value: $1,000. [If the prize includes Attune platform access, describe it here. If not, delete this sentence.] The prize is not transferable, and no cash or other substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on November 20, 2026. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form and must respond within [5] business days. The winner may be asked to confirm eligibility in writing. If the winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Taxes

The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. Because the prize value is $600 or more, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the prize value.

9. Winner Announcement

With the winner's permission, Sponsor may announce the winner's name and company. For the winner's name, email marketing@attuneiot.com within 30 days after the Entry Period ends.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the giveaway cannot run as planned because of technical problems, fraud, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel or modify it and award the prize from eligible entries received before that point.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

12. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

13. Privacy

Information collected is used to run the giveaway and contact the winner. If you check the email box, Attune will also send you emails, and you can unsubscribe anytime. See Attune's Privacy Policy.
